Terms & Conditions

These terms describe your use of Grainer and its website, provided by Shade Fusion. Please read them before using the app. Questions can be sent to support@grainer.com.
App license
The App Store version of Grainer uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your license to the app, including permitted use, restrictions, termination, warranties, and liability. These terms provide additional information about Grainer and do not replace or override that agreement or rights that applicable law protects.
Your content
You retain your rights in the photos and videos you create. Using Grainer does not give Shade Fusion ownership of your captures or permission to publish them. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture, use, and share your content, including permission to record other people where required.
Responsible use
Use Grainer lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use the app or website to harass others, carry out unlawful recording, interfere with services, or bypass security controls. The app, its branding, and its supplied creative assets belong to Shade Fusion or their respective licensors. Your right to use them is governed by the applicable license; this does not prevent you from using your own captures commercially.
Saving and backups
Grainer saves captures to your Photos library and does not provide its own cloud backup. Check that important captures have saved successfully and keep backups. Deleting a capture can also affect synced copies according to your Photos and iCloud settings. We cannot recover media that we do not hold. Deleting the app does not itself delete captures already saved in Photos.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains app permissions, analytics, and support information. Sharing destinations, Apple services, and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices. You decide whether to use those services.
Features, updates, and availability
Camera features depend on your device, iOS version, and permissions. We may update the app to improve it, fix issues, or respond to platform changes. We do not promise that every feature will work on every device or remain available indefinitely. Any changes remain subject to the applicable license and mandatory consumer protections.
Ending use and changes to these terms
You can stop using Grainer at any time. License termination is governed by the Standard EULA. We may revise these terms for future use as Grainer changes, update the effective date, and provide additional notice or obtain agreement when required. Changes do not take away rights you already have under applicable law.
